Parts

Lanair Products, LLC return policy allows for parts purchased directly from Lanair Products, LLC and shipped to locations in the United States to be returned to Lanair Products, LLC during the 30 day return period following date of shipment by Lanair Products, LLC for a refund of purchase price actually paid less a 20% restocking charge. Before returning any part a return merchandise authorization must be obtained by contacting Lanair Products, LLC Parts and Service department 888-370-6531. We will not issue a refund on any used part, electrical component, or piece of a part shipped as a kit.

If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please contact our Parts & Service department at 888-370-6531 within 30 days for an RMA number

The RMA number must be clearly marked on the returned products box.

RMAs are valid for only 30 days from issuance.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to Product while in transit to Lanair Products, LLC.

If you return a part to Lanair Products, LLC without a RMA from Lanair Products, LLC beyond the 30 day issuance period Lanair Products, LLC retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or dispose of the return.

New Heater and Boiler Units

All returned merchandise must be unused and returned in the same new condition in which it was originally received, with all accompanying original packaging. Any items returned used, damaged in any way or with missing components will not be refunded. Return merchandise must be shipped freight prepaid.

All returns must be authorized by the Lanair Customer Service Department.
Unauthorized returns will NOT be accepted or refunded, and may be refused when
received.

Authorized returns for merchandise in original boxes and in new condition are subject to a 20% restocking charge. No returns are accepted on custom or special order items. Electrical components may be subject to inspection.

All returns must be made within fifteen (15) days after the date of the shipment for orders within the United States. For foreign orders, the return must be made within sixty (60) days of the initial shipment.

All authorized returns will be fully refunded less restocking fees, shipping and handling charges.
